How to Use

Take 1 gel every 20–30 minutes during activity. Particularly valuable during hot weather racing, high-sweat events, or any effort where you feel cramping risk is elevated. Consume with 150–200ml of water. The 100g size provides a single, high-sodium hit that can replace a separate electrolyte product mid-race.
