How to Use

Take 1 gel every 20–30 minutes during activity. One of the safest bets for athletes who haven't done flavour testing in training — the clean citrus profile rarely causes palate fatigue. Consume with 150–200ml of water. Works well as a base flavour across an event, with MILD BERRY CAFFEINATED added in the back half for a caffeine hit.
